International Marketing Executive

As an International Marketing Executive at Charles Owen, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various marketing activities aimed at promoting our brand and products on a global scale. Reporting into the Head of Product & Brand Development your role will involve managing international partnerships, organising events, coordinating social media efforts, and working closely with sales teams to achieve targets. This role is hybrid, based in our head office in Wrexham, UK.

Customer Service Advisor

As our Customer Service Advisor, you are responsible for ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing and maintaining an excellent level of service. Reporting into the Customer Service Manager your role will involve accurately taking and processing orders, providing product advice and resolving queries to retailers and consumers plus much more. This role is based full time at our head office in Wrexham, UK.
