Charles Owen Kicks Off October with Capital Challenge Horse Show

Wednesday 1st October 2014

From September 27th to October 5th, 2014 the hunter world turns its attention to the Capital Challenge Horse Show at the Prince George's Equestrian Center and Charles Owen is delighted to be a part of the action.

Capital Challenge hosts the top hunter and equitation horses and riders in the country. These riders put an emphasis on tradition and elegance - traits that Charles Owen also values as evidenced by its 100 year history of making the safest and most beautiful helmets in the industry.  Capital Challenge and Charles Owen truly go hand in hand.

Charles Owen has sponsored the Exhibitor's Lounge at Capital Challenge for several years and looks forward to returning this year. Riders can stop by the lounge to watch the outdoor competition in comfort while grabbing a snack and checking out Charles Owen helmets.

In addition to viewing helmets in the Exhibitor's Lounge, Capital Challenge attendees can visit the Charles Owen booth in the outdoor trade fair to see the entire range of Charles Owen helmets and be fitted for one of their very own. The Charles Owen booth will be open from Monday, September 29 through Sunday October 5. Is your helmet looking a little worn from a long summer of showing? This week is a great time to replace it with a custom fitted helmet.

"Charles Owen is pleased to be returning to the Prince George's Equestrian for Capital Challenge this year," said Charles Owen Managing Director, Roy Burek. " Charles Owen makes a great effort to sponsor equestrian events around the world in order to give back to the equestrian sport and I am happy to have Capital Challenge on our calendar."
