"I have to thank Charles Owen for excellent protection from a really bad fall I had a couple of months ago at Red Hill CIC***. I landed hard on my head 3 from home, was kncked out, not breathing, got that going again, came to in about 10 mins. Helicoptered to the local hospital in intensive care for a couple of days, don't remember much but i'm happy to say I am home and doing great and should be good for the Fork CIC*** in a couple of weeks. I cannot imagine what shapeI would be in if not for my fab GR8 (my precious Black and Green one!) I have retired it now as I know I am supposed to.

Anyway, I am really lucky to have that on my head and Charles Owen behind me!"
