With many stories of companies finding it increasingly difficult to manufacture clothing in Britain, Charles Owen have bucked the trend. Work has now been completed on a purpose-built factory, doubling the previous capacity. The company completed the move into the new premises in 2001.

The new 44,000 square foot premises are situated on Croesfoel Industrial Park, Wrexham, and were constructed by Pochins from Middlewich. Expansion plans have included the recruitment of a further 30 members of factory staff, in order that the demand for the various products may be met.
